Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. okplay com does not accept third-party payments, and any deposit originating from a payment source not belonging to the registered account holder may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements having been met.
